We have a real mountain, with darker seeing conditions than Kitt Peak, the US National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO). Research is happening here each night and several discoveries have already been made from our area. This site is relatively new, allowing Institutions and Private Individuals a unique opportunity to acquire their site before all the prime land is gone.
