| We
have a real mountain, with darker seeing conditions than Kitt Peak, the
US National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO). Research is happening
here each night and
several discoveries have already been made from our area. This site is relatively new, allowing Institutions and Private
Individuals a unique opportunity to acquire their site before all the
prime land is gone. |

Limestone
Mountain, near Portal, Arizona is an outstanding observing site. At over
6000 feet, it is guaranteed to give exceptional viewing. A special
interest Astronomical community, Arizona Sky Village (ASV), was built at its
base to take advantage of our incomparably dark viewing. Come see the
Milky Way, or Zodiacal Light like you have never seen it before. This
site is DARK.
