| What
do we offer?
We can offer you the reality of the 21st Century. We want you to have successful observing and make discoveries almost every night of the year. The proposal is simple. We will work along side you to make sure you get what you want. You may just wish to secure a future Observatory site here at Arizona Sky Village. Or possibly you want us to set up a fully functioning state-of-the-art globally remote robotic onsite Astronomical Observatory for you now. Either way, we can help you. |

We are privileged to have The International Space Station Amateur Telescope (ISS-AT) alpha test Observatory here. This is in conjunction with Vanderbilt University (link) and the Astronomical League (link). They have been doing remote research for several years now and were a pioneer for the astronomical use of this site. |

Other
groups have done different experimental projects, which
show Arizona Sky Village to be a winner.
There is considerable interest from numerous groups around the world. Many will decide too late and loose current prime prospects. |

One good example of spotting our golden opportunity is a private group from economically booming South Korea (link). We have built them one of our remote Observatories on 6000 foot Norrick Peak (link). Another group from Korea is considering Arizona Sky Village for a remote live public demonstration from their Science Museum. Please have a look at their website (link), in Korean, to decide if this facility may have similarities to your own. |

Jack Newton (link) is one of several serious observers here that has an Observatory built into his home, which rivals most small Universities. The site is so good that he has recently built a second smaller observing platform on a limited budget, completely remote from Canada. This project is in conjunction with Tim Puckett (link), a leading private researcher. Within months they had already discovered 6 Super Nova, fully robotically, with great prospects for the future. Think about it. How many Super Novas has your Institution discovered? Perhaps you simply need a 21st Century Observatory and dark clear skies. |

PROPOSALS: Note: Each Observatory is unique to the requirements of the owner and as such, all prices are completely negotiable. To see if our site is right for your latest Institutional needs, the following options will guide your interest. Three options: |

Before
we talk about the amazing value being offered here at Arizona Sky
Village, lets bring in a little history. Did you know that the last
privately funded telescope on Kitt Peak cost approximately $20 Million
USD. You can now have full
ownership of a
better fully functioning inclusive facility for under $500,000
USD! (i.e.
under £270,000 GBP).
With land prices
still on the increase in
several
unique areas of sunny Arizona, this really
is exceptionally great value
